Class A |
A private share with family membership rights where the shareholder may also nominate his/her spouse and children, aged 14-23 for membership. |

Class B |
A corporate share with family membership. The Company may nominate three people for membership and the three nominated members may in turn nominate their spouses and children, aged 14-23 for membership. |

Class C |
A private share where the shareholder may also nominate his/her children aged 14-23 for membership |

Class D |
A corporate share where the Company may nominate three people only for membership and the right to nominate children aged 14-23 for membership. |

Class E |
A private share for two family members with no annual subscription in perpetuity and the right to nominate children between the ages of 14-23 for membership |

Class F |
A corporate share for two people with no annual subscription in perpetuity and the right to nominate children between the ages of 14-23 for membership. |
