As the images above show, it is disappointing to observe some members walking up bunker faces or walking down steep sections of bunkers around the courses. This practice causes unnecessary damage to bunker faces. The Club would like to remind members entering or exiting bunkers via the incorrect points can cause injury. To ensure member safety and to ensure bunkers are cared for, the Club asks all members to enter and exit bunkers from the lowest point.

As part of the Club’s vegetation program, works continue at Long Island to remove mirror bush growing amongst native vegetation in isolated locations around the course.  Once the mirror bush has been successfully removed, native indigenous plants will be planted to improve the areas.

Starting next week, members will notice the blue lining in the lake on Hole 4 Old course being be repaired. Once the lining has been repaired, water levels will increase to the preferred levels.
