A live and interactive class designed for golfers by National member and Titleist Performance Institute Accredited Physiotherapist Steve Whytcross. This 45-minute session aims to improve your flexibility and strength in the key areas required for optimal golf performance ensuring you are ready to play when The National reopens. Improve your strength, balance and flexibility, while reducing risk of injury, and possibly pick up a few metres of distance along the way. This class is appropriate for golfers of all levels and abilities. No equipment is required although a foam roller, massage ball and a six or seven iron may be used if available to you.
This is a free class for all National Golf Club members aimed to keep you fit, healthy and engaged during the current Coronavirus pandemic.
The class will be run using Zoom (a free video-conferencing software) and requires the member to have a smartphone/tablet and internet connection to join. To book in for the Online Exercise Classes, use the on-line golf booking system – MiClub – Cape Schanck bookings.
