How long have you been a member of The National?
1 odd year!
I own a domestic consulting company that operates in the Construction Industry, I am a lawyer and engineer providing commercial and contractual support to the industry.
What clubs do you use?
The best sort, left handed clubs!
Taylormade SIM driver, 3W and 3H, then Taylormade P790 4-50 degree and mill grind TM wedges.
What is your handicap?
Too high, but 20 ish; trying to push it down to single figures by Christmas with the support of the club professions.
Who is your favourite player?
Phil, as he is has a phenomenal short game, and left handed.
The best course you have ever played?
National of course, then probably Hamilton Island.
Your favourite hole at The National?
Old number 3.
The next Australian golfer to win a major?
A person not yet known I suspect.
Favourite Golf Ball?
Golf, study, exercise, wine.
Your best golfing tip?
Mornington Peninsula with the mates can never get old. We are yet to do an overseas together, however planning once restrictions lift for a tassie trip.
Hole in one’s?
Only in the head.
Any rituals before you Tee off?
Not really, however given the quality of the tees, maybe I should get some!
Golfing ambition and superstition?
Ambition for fun golf playing under 10, travel overseas yearly with the mates for a good golf trip. Superstitions, not really, other than the golf gods do reward fixing pitch marks!!
What are you reading and listening to?
Legal text books, I am in the back end of a degree, and listing to my wife.
Your favourite food and drink?
A good Australian Wine and the linguine from Donavan’s.
How has becoming a member of The National enhanced your life or lifestyle?
Massive positive change; more exercise, less work and meeting great people.
